The aim of the course is for every chess arbiter to gain new insights and further their knowledge through this seminar. An Inactive IA or FA can be considered active again, only after successfully attending a Refresher Seminar and after validation by the Arbiters’ Commission (Art. 2.5 of B.06.3).
